THURSDAY' SANTO - The Tomb (Sabburca)

A particularly important day of all is certainly the Holy Week Holy Thursday.

During this day, in a climate of expectation and trepidation, renews the 'last Passover that Jesus celebrated with his Apostles. Immediately after the

S. Mass that "the Lord's Supper , the 'Eucharist is placed in the ballot box or in the tabernacles of gold, to be exposed to the adoration of the faithful, in what are commonly called the Tomb.

The Sepulchre is prepared with care, using creativity and imagination to make it as lavish as possible.

The Tomb (in Barrese "Sabburca" ) are decorated with flowers and plants of different species that contribute to embellish.
