On November 6, 2009 was adopted by the municipal RU.
On February 1, 2010 was sent to the Mayor, from InarSind, the open letter signed by 200 professionals who judged very negatively

On May 21, 2010 the charges were upgraded with the inclusion of the Union of Architects also on the Governing Board to make more effective urban development on the dialectic of the Rules.

On that occasion, the City's planning department announced the commitment of the municipal administration to approve the UK later this year.
In the press 27 July InarSind took note of what was said by the Mayor and the Councillor for Urban Planning and claimed to consider the rapid approval of RU as the lesser evil, then
start again after the next elections. On September 27, 2010
InarSind organized for the urban part of the conference on the reuse of
production areas: the development and transformation of the city-The case of the former Lebole.
On that occasion it was noted that the announcement by the desired on 'Area ex Lebole
contains rules to provide for a single proposal. So was the call and it seemed a waste of time and resources
since that the legislation provides an opportunity to discuss (with complex plans)
the proposals submitted by the owners. For the former area
Lebole, The Mayor indicated the goodness of the proposal received from the property,
also because "prefers" a consortium of local businessmen.
In the press release dated December 4 InarSind showed that the intention of promoting the "roped
local" concerns not only entrepreneurs and professionals from Arezzo. Arezzo
professionals are already severely tested in crisis and not only because of the conditions
national economy but also because of an abstruse and incomprehensible RU that, being only adopted
makes mandatory the "double conformity" with the previous PRG.
Another reason for crisis is the use of professionals in Arezzo that the council makes the law on contracts
design, focusing on the "Maximum bottom" no use "The most economically advantageous
" (as for example is the Province) with situations that, in addition to mortify our profession, also damage the public interest, as evidenced by the Financial Regulator with Determination No 6 of 27 July 2010.
We are now at the end of the year and approval of the RU does not seem imminent.
It has however the impression that during the past few months, human resources and economic
municipal administration have been used for operations outside the UK, delaying its approval.
For this reason we requested a meeting with the CAT to be made aware of the state
of work and to express our concerns.
I believe that we must say:
1. The approval of RU concerns throughout the city and many private citizens who have the intention of transforming their buildings
;
2. This would be a very important breath oxygen for many professionals now
blocked;
3. favor some large areas, leaving behind the UK, as well as being unfair to the entire city, also deeply hurt
local professionals, in favor of large external studies.
I ask you to express your opinion about the considerations that I set out to integrate or modify
to draft a basic document to bring to the CAT.
